Zapraszamy na Dni Otwartych Piwnic Winiarskich - trzydniowe święto związane z winem i piwnicami winiarskimi. Podczas najbliższej edycji świętować będziemy 200-lecie zielonogórskiego wina musującego!

Od 4 do 6 czerwca 2026 r. pokażemy to, co w Zielonej Górze najlepsze. Otworzymy dla mieszkańców i turystów około 25 historycznych piwnic winiarskich, w których zaprezentuje się ponad 30 lubuskich winnic. Większość piwnic jest na co dzień niedostępna do zwiedzania.

W każdej piwnicy na gości czekać będą jedna, dwie, a nawet trzy lubuskie winnice. Będzie można porozmawiać z winiarzami, poznać tajniki produkcji wina, a przede wszystkim spróbować znakomitych trunków.

LISTA PIWNIC I WINNIC WKRÓTCE

Sam wstęp do piwnic jest bezpłatny. W cenie karnetu jest 16 (wersja podstawowa) lub 32 (wersja max) porcji degustacyjnych wina (po 40 ml). Można wykorzystać je w jednej piwnicy, można w wielu. Karnet jest ważny podczas wszystkich dni trwania imprezy.

Do każdego biletu otrzymają Państwo pakiet degustacyjny. W jego skład wchodzą:
- kieliszek z grawerunkiem,
- zawieszka z materiału na szyję, w której można schować kieliszek i mapę,
- naklejki (16 lub 32, w zależności od pakietu), które podczas imprezy można zamienić na wino,
- mapa z zaznaczonymi piwnicami winiarskimi i ich historią,
- folder z opisem winnic biorących udział w imprezie,
- ołówek na notatki.

WAŻNE! Jeden karnet może być wykorzystany przez większą liczbę osób, np. Dwie albo trzy. Warto we własnym zakresie zaopatrzyć się wtedy w większą liczbę kieliszków.

Odbiór pakietów degustacyjnych (na podstawie zakupionych biletów) będzie odbywał się na stoisku Fundacji Tłocznia przez wszystkie dni trwania imprezy. Stoisko będzie się znajdowało na deptaku, przy pomniku Bachusa. Godziny otwarcia stoiska: 11:00 - 21:00.
Wydarzeniami towarzyszącymi Dni Otwartych Piwnic Winiarskich będą: winobusy do winnic, koncerty, degustacje komentowane, spacery winiarskie, spotkania, rejsy galarami po Odrze i Obrzycy.
W piwnicach będzie można kupić regionalne potrawy i produkty spożywcze od producentów zrzeszonych w Lubuskim Centrum Produktu Regionalnego. Odbędzie się też kiermasz rękodzieła.

Na tydzień przed rozpoczęciem imprezy wyślemy maile do osób, które kupiły bilety na imprezę.

We invite you to the Open Wine Cellars Days - a three-day celebration dedicated to wine and wine cellars. During this upcoming edition, we will be celebrating the 200th anniversary of sparkling wine from Zielona Góra!
From June 4 to June 6, 2026, we will showcase the best of Zielona Góra. We will open approximately 25 historic wine cellars to residents and tourists, featuring over 30 wineries from the Lubusz region. Most of these cellars are not normally accessible for visiting.
In each cellar, guests will find one, two, or even three Lubusz region wineries. You will be able to talk with the winemakers, learn the secrets of wine production, and, above all, try excellent wines.
LIST OF CELLARS AND WINERIES COMING SOON
Entry to the cellars is free. The pass price includes 16 (standard version) or 32 (max version) wine tasting portions (40 ml each). These can be used in one cellar or across many. The pass is valid throughout all days of the event.
With every ticket, you will receive a tasting package. It includes:
• An engraved glass,
• A fabric neck lanyard where you can store the glass and the map,
• Stickers (16 or 32, depending on the package) that can be exchanged for wine during the event,
• A map marking the wine cellars and their history,
• A folder describing the wineries participating in the event,
• A pencil for notes.
IMPORTANT! One pass can be used by multiple people, e.g., two or three. It is advisable to provide your own additional wine glasses in this case.
Tasting packages (based on purchased tickets) can be collected at the Fundacja Tłocznia (Tłocznia Foundation) stand throughout all days of the event. The stand will be located on the promenade, next to the Bachus monument. Stand opening hours: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
Accompanying the Open Wine Cellars Days will be: wine buses to the wineries, concerts, wine tastings, wine walks, meetings, and cruises on traditional flatboats ('galary') along the Odra and Obrzyca rivers.
In the cellars, you will be able to buy regional dishes and food products. A craft fair will also take place.

Wir laden Sie herzlich zu den Tagen der Offenen Weinkeller ein – ein dreitägiges Fest rund um den Wein und die historischen Keller der Stadt. In der kommenden Edition feiern wir ein besonderes Jubiläum: 200 Jahre Grünberger Schaumwein!
Vom 4. bis 6. Juni 2026 zeigen wir Ihnen das Beste, was Zielona Góra zu bieten hat. Wir öffnen für Sie rund 25 historische Weinkeller, in denen sich über 30 Weingüter aus der Region Lubuskie präsentieren. Die meisten dieser Keller sind aussliesslich während dieser Veranstaltung öffentlich zugänglich.
In jedem Keller erwarten Sie ein, zwei oder sogar drei Weingüter. Nutzen Sie die Gelegenheit, um mit den Winzern ins Gespräch zu kommen, spannende Einblicke in die Weinherstellung zu gewinnen und vor allem exzellente Weine zu verkosten.
LISTE DER WEINKELLER UND WEINGÜTER FOLGT IN KÜRZE

Informationen zum Weinfest-Pass : Der Eintritt in die Keller ist kostenlos. Der Preis des Passes beinhaltet 16 (Standard) oder 32 (Max) Weinproben (je 40 ml). Diese können flexibel in einem oder mehreren Kellern eingelöst werden. Der Pass ist an allen drei Veranstaltungstagen gültig.
Zu jedem Ticket erhalten Sie ein Degustationsset bestehend aus:
    • Einem Weinglas mit exklusiver Gravur,
    • Einer Umhängetasche aus Stoff (für Glas und Karte),
    • Aufklebern (16 oder 32 Stück), die gegen Wein eingetauscht werden können,
    • Einer Karte mit den markierten Weinkellern und deren Geschichte,
    • Einer Broschüre mit Beschreibungen der teilnehmenden Weingüter,
    • Einem Bleistift für Ihre Notizen.
WICHTIG! Ein Pass kann von mehreren Personen (z. B. zu zweit oder zu dritt) genutzt werden. In diesem Fall empfehlen wir, eigenständig für zusätzliche Gläser zu sorgen.

Abholung der Degustationssets: Die Ausgabe erfolgt gegen Vorlage des Tickets am Stand der Stiftung Tłocznia (Fundacja Tłocznia) während der gesamten Veranstaltungsdauer. Der Stand befindet sich in der Fußgängerzone am Bachus-Denkmal. Öffnungszeiten des Standes: 11:00 – 21:00 Uhr.
Begleitprogramm: Freuen Sie sich auf Weinbusse zu den Weinbergen, Konzerte, kommentierte Verkostungen, Wein-Stadtführungen, Begegnungen sowie Kahnfahrten auf den Flüssen Oder und Obrzyca. In den Kellern können Sie regionale Speisen und Produkte von Herstellern des Regionalproduktzentrums Lubuskie erwerben. Zudem findet ein Kunsthandwerkermarkt statt.
